Option to limit the donwload speed or bandwidth.

Allow the option to limit download speed in the client when the game is being updated, because currently the client will use all the bandwidth for the download, greatly preventing the use of the internet in other tasks ... If it could be limited the bandwidth used by the game's client would be easier to download at any time and in any network independent of the number of computers connected to the network at the same time.

pretty sure it just uses the bandwidth available, maybe your connection is slow and it simply requires all of it to maintain a decent connection.

I am always streaming videos on 3-4 devices , while playing poe.
I am also sharing hundreds of files constantly uploading/downloading.

When downloading updates, the client uses all the available bandwidth, it would be a good option to limit how much bandwidth the client uses. For example, in a domestic network with 4 devices connected to the Internet, it would be good to use 1/4 of the bandwidth to avoid disturbing or hindering the work or the diversion of the rest of the people connected to the network.
My Internet connection usually downloads updates to ~ 1 to 1.5 Mb/s if I could limit it to 500 or 600 Kb/s I would avoid giving lag to others while updating :)
