storm brand ele reflect ?

Hello,

After the fabulous patch , now storm brand and probably armaggedon brand, reflects elemental damage to the character making impossible to do Atziri or Uber atziri, offcourse also elemental reflect maps.

Now the question is, this gem states the following :

<<<Creates a magical brand which can attach to a nearby enemy. It periodically activates while attached, firing beams which deal damage to nearby enemies and those around them. The brand will detach if the enemy dies.>>>


Hence the character creates this magical brand that attaches itself to the enemy dealing damage to it, why is the damage reflected to our caracter ?



Oh, and forgot to mention, thank you GGG for nerfin` another nice spellcaster character.

They fixed reflect which wasn’t working for a short period. Storm brand is still cast by you so you should still get the reflected damage. No bugs here.

There are things in the game to deal with reflect. Ascendency nods, pantheon nodes, passive nodes, mods on items to name a few.
