Pit of the chimera atlas completion

I completed a rare corrupted version of the Pit of the Chimera map but did not get completion bonus on the atlas for it.
Here's how I did it: Chiseled -> 20% Transmuted then alteration orb until I got a single mod: Cursed with elemental weakness Regaled: More monster life & monsters can not be stunned. I then Vaal orb and got no change corrupt. I then put it in map device with 2 mortal fragments and a single sacrifice fragment. I ran map and completed it: 0 mobs remain. Opened atlas and it shows that I've not completed it for the bonus.
