Does spell totem wither ignore added damage to spells?

Within PoB, if I have a ring that adds generalized damage, self casting wither will deal minor damage and potentially apply status procs. While attached to a spell totem, there seems to be no damage at all. I want to use combustion with wither totem basically.

Is this just a miscalculation within pob or does spell totem ignore items like these?

Spell Totem doesn't ignore added damage.
The problem here is that you're using wither, and wither doesn't hit.

OK ty, I guess pob should not be displaying the skill as doing damage with the new global flat damage ring affixes.
