Where to go from here?

So I rolled these boots with triple t1 suffixes and after doing a bit of metacrafting and sinking quite a few divines trying and failing to get perfect suffixes I ended up with T1 Life/T2 hybrid. Not really sure what to do with them. I've been offered almost nothing by anyone although I'd like to sell them as is and people are saying I need to get MS as an actual roll on them (Ideally 30/35% but I'm not sure if it's really worth annulling the hybrid for more chances at MS when it would risk the life roll to do so and you can craft perfectly good 29% ms. I'm not swimming in currency so it's been a mission gathering funds in and of itself to get this far.

What do you think it would sell for as is?
What would you do to craft it from this point?
Is it worth trying to divine the suffixes further?
Should I wait till standard to sell it?
