Question: Getting veiled ranks from Jun

Upon browsing on poedb's master crafting bench, how do we get those unveil unlocks from jun, (eg. rank 4 (20–22)% increased Elemental Damage if you've dealt a Critical Strike Recently) ?

Aisling gives velied mods in her bench, so yes, if she gives you one that can give xp towards next rank, that will work.
