Cold Damage over time focused Dual Wielding Elementalist

I'm currently working on a dual poets pen ele based on cold damage over time.
This is a very fun build to play and very rewarding. I am having a lot of fun with it atm and thought I would share.

I would like to put up a full build guide when I am finished but I am still tweaking things and need to craft a few pieces.

Skills
PP 3 link - Frostbolt + Arctic Breath + GMP
PP 3 link - Ice Nova + Frost Bomb + Cold Snap
4+2 link - Vortex + Hypothermia + Efficacy + Bonechill / Power Siphon + Faster Attacks
3+1 link - Immortal call + CWDT + Increased Duration / Phase Run
4 link - Herald of Ice + Discipline + Anger + Enlighten
Ring slot - Herald of Thunder

I would appreciate any feedback or questions anyone has as well. Thanks for taking the time to take a look. Will take the time to add more information to this later as well.

Making quite a few big changes to the build will update with a full guide when I am finished. My Vortex is currently at about 400k CDoT each.
