-REPRODUCIBLE- Syndicate Interrogation Rewards wrong [ Bug #1,738,285,482 ]

When interrogating syndicate members in cross-syndicate-branch teams, the text on the interrogation option does not match the reward.

- Typically the text is from the branch that the syndicate member is -from-
- Reward *actually* goes to the branch of the syndicate event you just completed.
- example: I have Tora on Transportaion and Janus on Research. I spawn a Research event with Janus and Tora. Tora's text says "+7 transportaion intelligence", but when i interrogate her, it's "+7 research intelligence"

This is *very reproducible* as this happens * every time *
