Buying Blessing Fonts from Elreon?

Hi! I've been playing PoE since 3 weeks and really enjoy it (betrayal league).

Right now I'm trying to buy all that's required for a certain hideout I found out in hideoutshowcase.com.

Problem is, it requires 4 "Blessing Fonts". Since I couldn't find these ingame I looked online and it seemed that Master Elreon sold these.
Is he still in game? How can I find him?
Is it still possible to obtain these decorations nowadays?

Elreon used to be a Master, but has been replaced with new ones. Blessing Font used to be Elreon's crafting bench, but turned into a decoration in v3.5.0. The number of Blessing Font decorations you have is based on previous number of crafting benches you got from him. It's currently impossible to obtain this decoration.
