Soul of Shakari Pantheon completed but not accessible

So I took the filled soul vessel to Sin after killing Shakari and the minor god is still not accessible. The atlas screen has the pantheon objective completed but it cannot be used. The map was the T15 from the current series, it was done on my map device and I was inside the map the entire time while the boss was being killed.



Here you can see me try to put another map in with the vessel, thinking maybe it was just a visual bug that it was completed on the atlas screen. The map will not open which I assume means that it was completed but is some kind of issue with turning it in.

Have you killed Shakari in Act 9? You might be missing a passive skill point as well.

No she wasn't. (Or quest wasn't completed)
And "shaded circle" at the Pantheon screen confirms that.
You don't have Shakari pantheon unlocked at the first place.
(if you don't believe me - hover over that "shaded circle"; and post screenshot here).
Divine Vessel obviously won't work.

As I said before, all passives point quests are completed and all points are accounted for.

And as for the pantheon screen showing as not unlocked, that is the whole point of this post. It filled the divine vessel the first time and did not unlock anything after turning it in to Sin. Now there is no way to try again since the game thinks I have already completed it.



I have already shown that I did complete the Shakari pantheon and that it is impossible to run another Desert Spring map with a divine vessel because I have already captured the soul. The vessel was turned in to Sin within 30 seconds of killing the boss, I didn't put it in my stash or in any crafting benches or leave anywhere else.

Did you talk to sin in the arena after killing Shakari? Did you try it again after you noticed a problem? Is this character in standard? That skill point was initially awarded for a different quest. All /passives shows is that you got the point, not that you did the quest.

Obviously a divine vessel ain't gonna work until you get that pantheon unlocked. If it's bugged, then the bug is the initial pantheon so anything divine vessel related is irrelevant.

Had to do the Act 9 Shakari a second time and talk to Sin but that did the trick. I feel like an idiot for not realizing that sooner, much appreciated.
