Just how rare are instances of the Albino Rhoa?

My curiosity has been peaked and I'm considering arming a bunch of Quicksilver Flasks and running Mudflats until one pops up as a break from running Docks. Just how rare are instances of the Rhoa? Pointless pursuit?

More specifically, does anyone know the drop rate of the feathers? Is it one per albino roha? or do you have to be lucky to see one and lucky to get a feather too? Forum signature

" From what I understand it is a 100% drop rate. The difficulty is in actually finding an Albino Rhoa to kill. I know what they look like having watched a kill vid on Twitch. I'm curious what the rate of occurence for instances with an Albino Rhoa is like. Are there ways to increase your odds? All I can find is nonstop trolling, and it's tiresome. ould be nice to get some real information on farming for them. Mostly because I need something new to do in Wraeclast for a while.
