Getting same map repeatedly

I have seen discussions on how some people can get the same map to drop repeatedly. Then they just run the crap out of it for farming, exp and such. How do I get the same map to continue to drop like this? Can someone enlighten me please?

First and most obvious thing: ask people in\from those discussions.

Have only that exact map completed in that tier (for example tier 5)
Do not complete any map in the same tier plus 1 and 2 tiers above (so in example - no tier5,6,7 completions)
Block connecting maps by shaping them
Have all other atlas completed
...
Profit

Except T1. Can't block T1.

Clearing 2 tiers is not really a thing anymore. Only the boss can drop it and it's so rare that you are better off keeping the tier completely done for some extra %.

So if you want a specific tier 5 to drop, undo all t5 and t6 maps. Then you can pretty much continuesly run the t5 you left completed.
