Question about The Taming
Does the mod "20% increased Damage with Hits and Ailments per Freeze, Shock and Ignite on Enemy" count for each ignite on an enemy or just the one that does damage. As I understand, an enemy can have several ignites active on it but only the highest damage ignite does damage. Last bumped on Jan 18, 2019, 12:16:51 PM

Each ignite on a monster counts for The Taming's increased damage bonus. But it only applies on a per monster basis. Say, if you're fighting twinned bosses and each has 10 ignites on them you won't get 20 times the bonus. ;)

" That's awesome either way. Got an idea for a build that can make use of this. On that note, can a target have multiple freezes and shocks on them in the same way but only the strongest one applies? Can't see anything in the wiki on this. |

The Taming counts only the active ignites on an enemy. This is one by default and can be increased by emberwake ring or burning arrow jewel
it would be ridiculous considering you can theoretically apply dozens of ignites per second, dont you think? IGN: Eric_Lindros

" Yeah I thought so but couldn't find any info on this. |

So this was the hidden interaction in the days emberwake was allowing to stack up to 300 ignites on the enemy! Nice find.
MY CHALLENGES ARE DONE ON HC, IT'S NOT SC GUYS!

" There's a difference between stacking ignites and dealing damage with the ignites vs stacking ignites so that something else can do damage. |
