Problemas com Mark of the Shaper

Olá boa tarde, estou com um problema que relatei em e-mail porem recebi uma mensagem informando que informa-se por aqui.
o Mark of the Shaper entre seus efeitos tem o Volatile Anomaly que seria uma skill com 20% de chance de ativar apos matar.
