Pantheon (Capture The Gorgon) Completed But Not Working

I completed and turned in this vessel and it never unlocked. So I tried opening and doing it again - I get the message when opening the map that I've already captured the bosses soul. Tried switching to another pantheon, relogging etc...

Bug reference number is 931,485,820

You probably completed the pantheon soul of Ryslatha on accident. Check to see if you did. You need to do sulphur vents instead.
