Extra Niko daily's?

The last few days I have noticed Niko's blue circle on the map popping up a lot more than once a day. (Yesterday I had 4 Niko blue circles.) Have they finally fixed his spawn rate? Are there new mechanics we should know to get him to show up more often? Today I did his quest then did an incursion quest that finished the temple and then the very next map I could do a Niko mission again. (Not complaining. Just wondering if there's a way to make this happen, like all the time.)

Doesn't really matter to me, since he pops up in maps I don't have. The metric for doing things in this game is just retarded. Wait, wait, wait - do things you don't want to do, repeat this 15 times to do something that you actually want to do. Here have some Alva, have some Einhar, have some shitty Syndicate. Wanna Delve? Go spend currency on a map, message 15 ppl who won't answer you, using a 3rd party. Get 1 node, 350 sulphite, which isn't enough to even do one Delve.

Back to waiting and doing things you don't want to do. I know nobody cares, but about done with the game. 22 days after league start.
