Constant crashing

Game crashes (to the dashboard) when there is a ton of stuff going on screen. especially at bosses and syndicate locations. I am running CwC winter orb with the whispering ice vile staff. My xbox one x is connected by wire, I have hard reset the xbox, I have un installed and reinstalled the game. and the last thing I have done is downloaded the WinMTR and ran it for a few minutes like suggested. https://pastebin.com/Rans3hwZ

I can still get back into the game and the portals to the map I was on is still up, but crashing at the next big mob is getting kinda old. I hope this can get fixed, I do not want to create a new character, only to get to end game and crash the same.

Xbox One X, wired connection, crashes to the dash board. It's something with the Ice Storm skill itself. There's a bunch of posts about it in the PC bug reports over the years. Happens as soon as whichever random mob dies. Doesn't matter if its a large pack, or just a few mobs for me. In one of the PC posts they figured out that it was something sound related causing the crash and didn't experience it after adding --nosound to the POE.exe, but we don't have an option to disable game audio completely here to test.

Run Act 6 Twilight Strand a few times and see if that triggers it for you. I ran 7 times and crashed to dashboard 6 times.

Tried with Firestorm in same setup instead of Ice Storm and didn't experience in 4 runs.

EDIT:
Syndicate fights where they pop out of a portal trigger it consistently for me as well in any area.

EDIT 2: Act 6 Mud Flats triggers it frequently ,also crashed twice on Tukohama

It's something Betrayal League specific I believe. I remade the same character, exact build and gear on Softcore and didn't crash in Twilight Strand once, even with MTX equipped.

I've disabled my MTX, cleared cache, only have 39% HD space used. It can be triggered consistently with this area. In Softcore there was no slow down, even with Ice Storm Being spammed. Betrayal has slow down before I am even casting.

EDIT: crashing just walking around Prisoner's Gate, no mobs on screen, no MTX on, randomly freezes for a second or so. Game slows down when casting Ice Storm and doesn't seem to recover when casting stops and appears to have a low frame rate until it crashes itself.
