Thane Jorgin killed at Captain rank but no challenge done
 I dont know why this happened :/ and now my thane is gone from my syndicate chart. very sad Last bumped on Jan 5, 2019, 3:25:41 PM

Confirming the bug - the same happened for me. Killing him does not trigger completion of the challenge
