Can´t put maps in map stash tab!

As it says in the title, did some mapping on standard, was doing some old spider forest maps. New maps drop and they cant be put in any map stash tab i own.

Edit: they get ya by changing the map series so you need a new tab. One can only hope they update the tab some day so you can switch series within 1 tab via the initial drop-down they already have.

This does not work for me!!!

What I did:
1) I emptied my map tab (in my hideout)
2) I left the hideout, went to Oriath, opened the map tab -> problem still exists
3) I logged out, logged in, opened the map tab -> problem still exists
4) I logged out, logged in using my BETRAYAL-character, opened the map tab , I logged out, logged in using my STANDARD-character, opened the map tab -> problem still exists

HOW can I change the map series in my stash? What did I wrong?

SOLUTION OF THE PROBLEM:

1. You have to completely empty the map tab!
2. You right-click on the map tab and now you can change the "Map Series" to "Betrayal"

I didn't pay for a tab to only hold one series of maps. I can empty it and then put the new ones in? Then I can do what with the old ones? I have an idea. Make the tab I paid for work like I paid for it to.

You need to empty your whole map stash, then change it to betrayal.
This issue is known since betrayal got released with 3.5

Unfortunatly its a terrible solution since some people on standard have over 2k maps lying around and i can understand that you dont want to run 50x T1 just to get rid of it. (but again, GGG seems to ignore all complains from standard players)

If im not mistaken, you can still use the vendor reciepe and get a betrayal map out of 3 old maps.

Yeah, this is what they sadly meant when they noted they wished to change the maps around more often: their primary objective is to try and force as many players as they can to cough up another $15 per league to buy another tab. (Yes, a lot sell on sale, but tab sales only occur on the SECOND weekend of a league, not the first)

And sure, there's the whole "just empty the tab out and vendor them" option (as I know there are some white knights above who were itching to bring this up just reading the prior paragraph) except...:

• Great, now you have less than 1/3 as many maps, (as those that didn't evenly round get you a scroll fragment) and your older T16s are still worthless. (because they can't set up Uber Elder)
  
  
• Most of us that bothered playing the game while having a map tab accumulated THOUSANDS of maps. (my betrayal tab has >2,000 maps, and I only played on Standard that season) Shuffling through and CTRL+clicking >5k times (twice for each old map; into your inventory then to the vendor; then once to deposit the new map) takes a LOOOOT of time.
  
  
• Oh yeah, and the above will still require someplace to put the new maps before the old tab is emptied; that's beyond a quad tab, so are we supposed to buy two of 'em (which cost the same as a map tab each) just to handle this operation? This means you wind up paying as much or MORE than just buying a new tab!

To recap, GGG knows full well what they did leaves players with ostensibly 3 options:

• Spend potentially an hour or more (clocked from my experience "merging" some mab tabs post-leagues) AND probably buy another quad tab so you can have your old maps' value spat upon.
  
  
• Cough up another $15. You can cut it to $12 if you agree to be locked out of mapping the first week.

Now remember: the above decision is what GGG plans on presenting us with every season now.

So i had this problem aswell, had maps from betrayal, and couldnt put them in my map tab. i did how ever get it fixed.
i changed the tab to betrayal series, and then converted them to Legion. (this was probly written in some patch note, but havent played since betrayal, and this was the first page i found when searching for my problem) it would require to take out all other maps first before you couldt put the old ones in.

in standard shaped maps are invisible. 02.01.2020. please fix it. I can't place any new map. why they just do not change itself?
