So i heard that for using any mods for poe you will get permanent ban, so i want to know can i use a poe-tradeMacro with is basically not a mod for the game, but work similar way.

Yes, the trade macro is perfectly legal. There's nothing wrong with using a macro or external program that reads data from game logs/chat/etc, as long as that's the only interaction it has with the game. Anything that automates actions or modifies the game itself is banned.
