'Spinner of False Hope' Pantheon Bugged?

The Arachnid Nest map (Betrayal, tier 8) returns the error message ‘Activation failed, the boss in this map cannot have its soul captured’ when I try to open with Divine Vessel. Is this a system glitch or am I missing something? Has anyone else tried to capture this boss? Please help, thanks!

Had the same problem as OP.
Wanted to capture a boss for Soul of Arakaali. Specifically wanted to Capture Spinner of False Hope. Put T8 Arachnid Nest map and Divine Vessel into device. Get "Activation failed. The Boss in this map cannot have its Soul captured." Tried Map Device in Hideout and The Templar Laboratory, got same error as above. This was in Betrayal Hardcore. Bug report reference number: 3,590,960,648.

Can you post a picture of your Atlas please? If the map is occupied by the Elder or Elder Guardian then that error message will occur.
