Elder Guardian not disappearing or dropping loot

So i managed to spawn the elder and one of his Guardians (Eradicator) is located on a shaped map.... i did the unshaped version of the map twice, defeated the guardian 2 times and he is still there.... also he did not drop any loot during either fight.

edit: tried another guardian and he seems to work...

edit2: even after killing the other 3 and killing him afterwards he still did not drop anything and i still cant fight elder yet

Similar thing happened to me on Plaza map. I had Plaza shaped on atlas, Elder guardian spawn there. Ran it a couple times with a normal version of the map and I would kill the guardian but receive no loot, and guardian did not leave atlas.

Worked around the problem by doing the map shaped.
