Syndicate Items

Sorry if this has been answered before. Is there a reason to NOT destroy syndicate items (the weapons and armor they use?) I know the items make them more difficult, but do they also increase rewards in any way because of the more-difficult encounter?

" ziggyd wasn't sure in his first syndicate guide but players reported that they only make the members stronger nothing else so it's best to destroy them. correct me if i am wrong please. |
