Unkillable Vagan

This is my first Safehouse on this character and I got Korell as head of transportation but in the Safehouse Vagan was waiting for me.

I proceeded to kill him but at the very and he couldn't be brought to 0 health.

Vagan is not even on my Syndicate members list.

I had an error-less crash right after entering the Safehouse map could that be the problem?

Just encounter the same issue with the un-killable boss in the safe-house.

and I feel this round, Betrayal league is the most unfriendly to new player.

After act 5, on Every new quest map, 3 or of 5 times, the syndicate will come is and kill you: Most of the time, they come with 2 to 3 bosses together, which is hard to get over, once you die, exp will be deducted 5%... which means, you need to get at least 6% exp within that quest map before the next or reset, or else, you never get any progress in leveling you character. this is so painful to get character leveling.

Also, it hard for a new character with limited gears to get into the delve to have socket link crafting .
