Tul breach rng encounter ,the dps on this dude ?

Scenario : map t10 blue ,no damage mods ,only simple mods .

I play a sunder build ,almost 8 k life .Its a breach in my map ,i clear it and killing in the edges of the circle ,suddenly ,exactly where i stand Tul comes in and kills me with his rapid machine gun ice thing .Kills me in an instant , i even use the forbidden taste flask but no time to react fast enough to even push the keyboard button .Not even the mega scary vaal boss does that to me to compare or simular other high end bosses like the minotaur for example .But Tul in low map nope .This is just stupid imo and unbalanced .

So the question is : Is Tul supposed to have this ridiculous dps especially considering comparing to other bosses .The map was just for relaxing ( blue ) and low tier (t-10) .Is Tul owerpowered or just have more than 8 k life since he does so much dps .What type of characters does ggg balance after 9 k life ,10 k life maybe .Balanced doesn't that mean well balanced ,i litterally couldnt do anything ,he was suddenly there and i was deleted at once .

For me i feel the game has so many annoying things that the balance team could get better .I know we die sometimes but this game has a xp penalty and since it has that then it has to be a well balanced game too imo .I feel its far from balanced and the deaths in the game i can honestly say it happens 90/100 but probably more like 99/100 times is a one shot of something stupid or lag issues ( i know most of you feel this too ) .That in mind then it's extremely annoying to die at level 98 and loose days of xp for something that was most likely overlooked by the devs .I mean They cant possible be serious with scenarios like i described is good balance .

A theory : Who knows but maybe it is so . GGG don't care about stupid deaths because for them it is more important that as few as possible reach level 100 ,so fuck balance .Something nostalgic about another game they liked ( i assume d2 ) .If it really is like this ,then it is a very bad design for an overall greatness for the game .Or the devs work only with new stuff all the time and simply never have time for fixing old stuff .If its the last just run the legacy league and work on old stuff ( seriously st this point i feel the game dont need much more ,just fix delve more playable that one is pretty badly implemented into the core ) .GGG have you even played your own game ,feels like you don't .Do you think it's good design yourself this lottery 1 shot fiesta .Oh wait you nerfed xp like hell just because some players that played 24/7 made it to lv 100 too fast including not sleeping and playing smart ( racing ) .I guess ggg logic ,0,0001 players do very well exluding other parts of their life in an unhealthy way get balanced after ( atleast your not politicians ) .

What i would love to see in the game is dps numbers on bosses and mini bosses ,it can float above their head or something simular as in d3 for example .Can be turned on and off in settings .If we cant get a combat log then this could be a thing .At death the screen could become frozen ( need to click resurrect ) and the last i dunno 3 hits would have the damage numbers shown in the frozen screen with the sources of damage .Maybe show lesser damage numbers from ground effects and filler monsters with another colour on the dps numbers .
