Shaper's presence is bugged. (Solstice Vigil)

So my build is using solstice vigil, Shaper's presence does not trigger when using traps, only when an alternative source of damage hits like flame dash or Herald of thunder. Additionally the skill is bugged in such a way that after you gain the buff and it runs out, you are set to base movement speed until you swap zones. And last but not least Shaper's presence is worded "Effects on you and nearby allies expire slower" which applies to corrupting blood, not sure if it applies to bleed or others. Overall its a bugged item right now, and i would love to see it fixed. Thank you.
