Syndicate member options are too limited

Interrogation is the bottleneck, right? Currently what happens is you don't want to interrogate low rank members because you use up the rank without getting much out of it. So what you want to do is execute members as much as possible to get their ranks high before interrogation. Except, that's counterproductive. If you avoid interrogation you wind up taking the bargain options instead, which spread Trust links around. If the trust link activates and a member shows up to give support, the execute option is replaced by Betray. Often both members will be trying to kick the other out of the guild, which is not a good idea for the vast majority of members. On top of that, getting one member to kick the other out consumes both members' actions. So you either interrogate someone you (probably) don't want to interrogate, or you walk away from TWO defeated syndicate members.

Fixing this sort of problem is easy. ALWAYS give us the option to execute, even if the members want to betray one another or are the last one standing so they want to bargain. This fits the dialogue better too! Syndicate members constantly ask you not to kill them in exchange for x, but you have no option of turning down the deal in any way except interrogation.

Let us execute syndicate members whenever we want! It's far and away one of the most rewarding options to get, yet is locked away behind the Trust and Betrayal mechanic, which I assume is supposed to be MORE powerful. It's not.

I'm pretty sure this will decrease the time-to-safehouse, which likely is a no-go for the geniuses who designed this trash.

i am pretty sure that requires a lot of rewriting and always executing seems kinda boring to me tbh.
