Ok seriously this helmet is amazing. The free RB saves a lot of points, the recharge is great for spamming, and Feast of Flesh is borderline op with the right setup.

i never saw this item,
but it looks good, even for non-es builds. this is good: +1 to Level of Socketed Gems Socketed Gems have 20% reduced Mana Reservation thats better than enlighten! if the veiled mod can also add life, its amazing. probably would be very rare and very pricey.
