No item after killing Farric at the Blood Alter

So, after killing Farric Ursa at the blood alter, admittedly it was rather quick,and one single ad, nothing else spawned and no items appeared, nor could i click the alter itself.

I couldn't use a portal scroll to leave, and the gates where shut. Had to relog.

Unfortunately i can't remember the other creatures i paired with Farric.
