Glacial Hideout, Iceberg map, quest did not complete after killing the monsters.

Found Glacial Hideout in an Iceberg Map.
After killing all the monsters I could find, the quest did not complete and the hideout was not unlocked.
I tried clearing the Iceberg Map until 0 monsters remained. Also tried re-entering the map. I combed the hideout with Armageddon Brand, hoping it would latch onto something, but could not find any remaining monster.

Same thing happened to me.
