Death Metal / Black Metal

I'd like to share the new Haiduk album here because it kicks ass and is heavily inspired by games like Path of Exile, Diablo, Heroes, etc. !

I love that you keep the fluid melody and dark vibes alongside the speed of the song for the whole track.

I'll check it out.

Over time listened to hundreds of black/death metal bands and many subgenres.

Thanks for checking it out and the feedback. It's always a dark vibe in Haiduk songs.

The Thy Art... song has good heavy riffing, and an interesting incorporation of synths into death metal, which you don't often see.

My pet peeve with most death/black is that the vocalist is constantly screaming during the whole song. Makes is monotone and annoying. I take the complete opposite approach with Haiduk. A total of 4 words of lyrics in this track:

I listened to both songs, there are influences of classic black metal that I feel, but also, there is a thing with lead guitar which makes the band separate itself from other acts and I've listened to many, good work.

Thanks for linking

Goodness.. A few weeks ago I was working and thought 'you know what I haven't listened to in some years now.. Cosmic Keys to My Creations and Times by Emperor'

That distortion is just..so great. Faust also added a lot to that whole album without being the least bit fancy.
Who needs death metal?
