Buff kingsguard

You could add some resistance or even +1 endurance charge ^^

Just for comparison to say idk... Poet's Pen WITH Cooldown Recovery Belt and Boots both with T1 rolls would put you about the same as the New COC Baseline..

Then you have the option of CD Recovery Belt and Boots still to add.. So yeah.. Kingsguard will certainly be more powerful on COC Discharge setups especially ones with room to work in the COC support on their 6L Chest along with something like Cospri's... (Which most people did already making this a Direct buff to Cospri's Discharge) Gonna be damn near old school levels of casting at that point. Putting Kingsguard in just the right place to see some use again i think. Especially on Jugg's correctly geared.

Might actually see COC used again on its own as well.
