Edit: So basically you can Discharge even at zero charges, but as soon as you get a charge the Perandus Bank repossesses it. Can also make charge duration come with interest, so the longer your charges can last, the more charges are taken from you as soon as you get a positive charge balance (say, 1 extra charge taken for every 5 secs you add to the charge duration). Prospero must be paid!

Yeah, I said I knew it. But anyway, I'm not so pessimistic. For instance, I wouldn't have thought of putting an investigation mechanic into an ARPG, yet now we have Betrayal (even if it is just a more fleshed out version of Incursion). I'm still looking forward to what they've got in store for next year. :)

Whoops, sry! I see that in your post now.

But yes, I’ve been pretty happy with most of the news (especially hideout stuff)! I suppose I should wait and see how players wind up using minimum charges before I write it off.
