Can't accept terms of service?

Press start to play the game terms of service box pops up but if I press a to accept it closes and it says press start again. Yet if I switch to my other account it works fine? Please help

I don't understand why it works on my alt account, if I'm about to sink hours into the game of corse I want to do it on my main account.

Latest patch didn't fix the issue, still been playing on my alt account.

I found the fix.. it's REALLY stupid... I tried it on a whim, and it worked. So I logged into account via PC, then accepted teh ToS there... once I did that, it started working on my Xbox ... such a stupid bug.

What credientials (u\p) did you use to login to solve this issue?

I have my XBL/hotmail account, but when I try to log into website via PC, I don't have a password to use.

If I ask for a "path of exile" website password reset, no GGG email goes to my linked XBL/hotmail account.

What XBox One / Xbox Live account credentials do I use to login with on the pathofexile website?

I have just downloaded the latest release 3.6.3b. When at the login screen the lower box always says "Downloading..."

When I try to login the Terms of Use screen just show a spinning circle and doesn't allow me to continue.
