Question: Light Blue Explicit Modifier

Hello

I have been looking through items in builds and other places and I often see rares with the max amount of modifiers but there is an extra modifier that has a lighter shade of blue.

I am a novice just to clarify and am unsure of what this is.

Does it look like fire resistance on the gloves below?


If so, it's a master-crafted modifier.

If it's above the line with other modifiers, then it's an implicit mod, and if it's light-blue, then it's a Labyrinth enchant (note that items can have only one implicit mod).

The helmet below has a Labyrinth enchantment:
