Ice Golem + Cast on Critical Hit not working

It says these are supported together, but I have cleared an area with 28% crit chance and it hasnt cast once.

Nevermind I think I figured it out. Didn't realize I need an attack spell as well.

CoC doesn't work with minions such as your Ice Golem.
