Too high of FPS when VSYNC OFF and GSYNC ON when POE is not the active window
Windows 10 latest
GTX 970 latest drivers POE client latest VSYNC OFF in POE settings GSYNC ON in Nvidia settings When POE is in the foreground (active window) GSYNC correctly limits the FPS to 144. When POS is in the background (a different window is active) the FPS spikes up to 250 and I can actually hear my GPU straining as it is maxing it out. I propose there be a setting to LIMIT or REDUCE the FPS in the video settings when POE is not the "active" window in Windows. There is a setting like this in Diablo 3, where you can limit the FPS to say 30 or 60 when the window is not in the foreground. If I normally have 144 FPS: I DO NOT want 250+ FPS when POE is in the background I DO want 30 or 60 FPS when POE is in the background If VSYNC is ON then it works like this, but NOT when VSYNC is OFF! It seems the only way to do this is to use one of these 2 tools which can limit the FPS. I wish that this feature was in the game so I wouldn't have to run a separate program for this purpose.
