Trade ( i can't click the accept button at trade window)

Dear Mr/Mrs,
Good Evening, recently i have an issue regarding the trade system. It seems i cant trade to other people. 1.I contact the player to trade with. 2. He/she invites me to party. 3. I went to his/her hideout to make the transaction. 4. the trade window pop up and we put our item that we wanna trade. 5. I cant click the accept button. i have tried this at multiple seller/player but i cant still click the accept button. I tried looking at the forum, but cant seem to find the thread. My accout name is Zevan1980 , i had only 1 character TheSilencerAce, cause i'm new to this game. My character is lvl 79 champion. sorry for disturbing you and my bad english, I already submit my email to support@grindinggear.com yesterday but still no response Last bumped on Nov 15, 2018, 11:53:06 AM

You say you're new, so is it possible you forgot you need to hover over an item in the trade window in order to be able to accept the trade?

No, sir. i've already completed/sucessful several trades before with other player previously, from POE trade forum but i've never met this issue,... and on step 4, i also mention : "the trade window pop up and we put our item that we wanna trade" in the window panel, but i can't click the Accept button,
several players is accusing me for trolling them and wasting their time by doing useless trade, I'm so confused,.... Every trade that get canceled, i must explain to them about the trade bug that happening to me,.. it's so tiring,.... |

" That's when you have to mouse-hover over the item(s) the other person is selling, after putting item you wanna trade and before clicking the "Accept" button. I'm just making sure you know this. :) |
