The Three Dragons Golden Mask

I have 80 % Chance to Shock enemies and 180 % shock effectiveness during shock

but while wearing The Three Dragons Golden Mask i am happy to get 80% chance to freeze enemy.

my question is that 180 % shock effectiveness works on them which was frozen by my lighting damage?

or 180 % shock effectiveness works with herald of Ash?

3D mask does not change your chance to shock to chance to freeze
3D mask does not make frozen enemies count as shocked

what it does is that it switches damage types required to cause ailments. so you chance to shock and shock effectiveness count for shocks caused by fire damage.
