Login Errors, Crashing in Maps/While changing zones

Getting this error, only started today, was fine and dandy before the recent patch. Unable to play entirely as the game basically kicks me out of zones randomly as and when it feels like it, resetting my maps.

Also, my GPU usage suddenly spiked up to 99% on Path of Exile. What gives? I'm running a GTX 1060 3gb, and i've run games with more demanding graphics on higher settings (I don't even max settings PoE, frame rate is capped at 60) and for some reason it's using 99% of my GPU.
