Did not receive credit for killing Puppet Mistress

Just killed Puppet Mistress, didn't receive credit. Sin is just standing around, has no chat options other than 'goodbye'.

Not sure if it matters, but I had missed killing Abberath first. I went back and killed Abberath, then killed the Puppet Mistress a 2nd time and got credit for it. Just was a bit of time wasted...
