Vaal gems with 20% quality

So I wonder how to get vaal gems with 20% quality, since there is a formula to sell a gem level 20 to get it back level 1 at 20% quality I wonder if this works with vaal gems

They're corrupted so you can't quality them even with a vendor recipe. Usually people get a level 20 20% quality gem and vaal it hoping it becomes a vaal gem, or very rarely, a 20% quality vaal gem drops somewhere

Best bet is uber lab farming if you want tk find it yourself.
The end of lab chests sometimes drop a bunch of hugh quality gems. |

The Ancient Gems chest in Delve can drop 21/20 vaal gems.
