Talk to Weylam Roth to access Act 7
------- Weylam Roth * The Brine Kings's Reef * The Brine King ---------------------- No other options, killed the boss again and nothing happened, changed instances more than 5 times. After 1 hour of reloggins it seems that i got the next qeust by default.

Killing a boss always unlocks the next waypoint, even if you don't get there. You can just go back to town and teleport to the next act. You might miss out on some NPC dialogue, but it's better than getting stuck and unable to progress.
