Commandment of Force not procing

Hi Support Team,
On my Hardcore Delve character EnorhDelvJugg, I have the "Trigger Commandment of Force on hit" on my tombfist steel gauntlets. It never procs. Please check and see if this is bugged! Thanks, E Last bumped on Sep 26, 2018, 4:53:35 PM
