No, that's the delve mod range.

Blasphemy is smaller than that but you can increase blasphemy's AOE with passives and gems
Thanks for sharing this. That's quite a lot, actually, and it has about the same effect as Despair on endgame bosses, and that's only with a lot of curse effect.

Only the resistance part though; however considering that chaos damage gets up to 160% increased damage taken outside of curses, the other parts can be neglected.

I will try to get the mod for my CI crawler build at some point.

They stack, they're not affected by curse count limit, because they're not a curse

Are you sure? Normally debuffs of the same type don't stack unless otherwise specified.

Oh, not of the same type, no. But a -% cold and a -% fire will stack. However, 2 -% colds won't stack (at least that's what it feels like)
If I'm not mistaken, they can even roll on the same item. Using the word stack however is a little weird, since damage can't be affected by two resistances.
