Change A Swig of Hope Quest Reward (Act 3 Fairgraves)

I think its time to change this quest reward up... nobody really does this quest because you kind of have to go out of your way for some poor base rings.
Perhaps add another set of the Threshold Jewels for the skills that don't appear in Act 5 later on. Viper Strike, Heavy Strike, Dual Strike, Rallying Cry, etc. While I do mainly play SSF and this would help a ton, this doesn't really effect trade since those items are all worthless anyway. This helps out SSF but also can help out first characters when they don't have currency to spare at the start of a league. Seems a lot better then a low item level coral ring. +1. This is on quest I never do any more unless I just happen to run across the components. The reward isn't worth it at all.
