Rain Of Arrows & Chain Not Working?

I have a bow that grants the Chain effect - I can see it work (often!) when I use the Caustic Arrow (I can see the chain/ricochet). However, when I use Rain Of Arrows, I do not see the effect at all.

Hi there, thanks for the report. Short answer, Rain of Arrows cannot chain.
Longer answer, although Rain of Arrows is a projectile skill and has the 'projectile' tag that does not mean it can inherit all the capabilities of a normal bow projectile. Because the arrows rain down from above it makes sense that they cannot chain, fork or pierce. However, Rain of Arrows can still be affected by other projectile modifiers like projectile speed or additional projectiles. |

Then please fix the tooltip of the skill.
You can easily add "Cannot Chain/Pierce/Fork/Split" as well as "Cannot be supported by Barrage" as you did on other skills with similar hybrid behaviour. Your tooltip management needs a lot of improvement. |
