Finding Inya's Key in the Mine killed Unbearable Whispers prophecy

Unbearable whispers II was active but when I later checked the prophecy screen after finding Inya's key (side bug: sometimes items just lie on the ground in the mine even if you haven't smashed a vase or anything) it was gone.
