Blood Rage Degen Help

I have seen lots of past posts, but I still don't have an answer to why I'm losing massive life to blood rage.

I have:

Warrior's Blood - 1.8%
Master of the Arena - 1%
Golem's blood 1.6%

Totaling: 4.4%

Even if I'm at full life, I seem to still be degenerating the full 4% max life per second from blood rage.

I do have abyssus on, but also fortify and 6980 armour (estimated physical damage reduction 36%)

EDIT: I took of lvl 20 increased duration and this DRAMATICALLY reduced the degen. Can anyone confirm in the increased duration effects degen rate?

From wiki: "Physical damage reduction: Damage dealt by Blood Rage is lowered by physical damage reduction. Note that armour only reduces physical damage from hits, and thus does not affect the damage taken from Blood Rage."

(Fortify also only applies to hits)

You're probably not taking the full damage of Blood Rage, but more than 4.4% regen can compensate.
Grab about 1-2% more regen or take off your abyssus.

It's a life tooltip bug. I had the same question awhile back about my slayer utilizing damage on full life/ blood rage degen. I tested by moving gems around, and you can out regeneration/leech blood rage even if your life "flickers."
