PAYMENT HELP

HI THERE!
I've got a little problem with mikrotransactions for 1 of suporter packs. I decided to bought one for 25euro. I dont have possibility to buy it in my native currency (im from Poland) so i decided to choose "700+ payment methods...check out with Xsolla"... I paid for everything i've got an confirmation from my bank about transfer to another changing currency system and then I got confimation from Xsolla that i spent 25 euro and if i have any problems then I'll have to contact with customer (poe support). The data of transaction is 12.09.2018... So its 3 days already so my question is how long should i wait to get something for i have paid for and what i can do else... You'll need to e-mail support@grindinggear.com about payment issues.
If I had to guess, I'd assume that your payment got converted into an eCheck, which are notorious for taking a while to go through (I think it's typically 3-6 business days). GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.
